I am surprised I haven't found this place before in Fredericksburg. I
got the coconut creme pie and my fiance got the peach pecan bourbon. Both were delectable!
The only is really nice and the store itself is very quaint.
If you go in, and they don't have a particular pie made that you want, just put in an
order and they'll have it fresh and ready for you the next day! What service!
Even the coffee we ordered there was pretty darn good.

We saw the Fredericksburg Pie Company as we were driving into town and made
plans to stop in before we headed back home to San Antonio.
I had my heart set on a huge slice of Key Lime or
Blueberry Pie but was pretty bummed when I walked in and they were out of everything
except a slice of Peach Pie, a whole Cherry Pie and a couple Chocolate Pie Things (it was
around 5:00pm)...we decided on a whole Cherry Pie. I had never had Cherry Pie before
so I didn't know if I'd like it. Plus, I'm a huge brat that can be known to pout
when things don't go her way/as planned.
Took it home and had it after dinner...AMAZING!!! Definitely 2 huge thumbs up!
Can't wait to go back and hopefully grab a slice of blueberry AND key lime!
My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to have a little snack on our
Fredericksburg shopping spree. Just one block off of Main Street we came across
Fredericksburg Pie Company. The very best pie on the entire planet. I absolutely love
their Crème DeMenth pie. Well, the Cherry Covered Chocolate pie is truly my favorite.
